Toward understanding three phases of individual responses to paradox

Purpose The purpose of this study is to further paradox research at the individual level through applying a framework three phases response – recognition, understanding and behaviour. Design/methodology/approach Critical integrative review previous studies responses paradox. Findings role limited in extant on Individual tends be equated with behaviour, thus knowledge not differentiated enough, neither link between behaviour sufficiently developed. Research limitations/implications does consider relationship interactional, organisational environmental contexts. recommendation for future explore more entirely, provide an adequate ground extending theory across broader levels analysis.
